Enable Do Not Disturb Mode
Turn on Do Not Disturb mode on your phone before the show starts. This stops calls and notifications from interrupting the translation audio.
Keep Your Phone Unlocked
Keep your phone unlocked and the browser tab open during the entire performance. This keeps the connection active.
Why? When phones lock or browsers sleep, connections pause to save battery. This can disconnect the translation audio. Keeping your phone unlocked maintains a steady connection.
Select a Performance
Choose the performance you're attending from the available performances.
Press Start Listening
Click the "Start" button to connect to the translation service. You'll see the connection status once connected.
Select Desired Language
Choose your preferred language from the available options. The translation will automatically play in sync with the performance.
Tips for Best Experience
Use headphones for clearer audio and to avoid disturbing others around you.
Ensure sufficient battery or keep your device plugged in during the performance.
Check your internet connection before the performance starts to avoid connectivity issues.
